An easy contact method is instrumental in creating new connections with visitors interested in your photography business. With Pixieset Website, you can easily add a contact form to your site with Pixieset Website’s contact form blocks.

This article will go over how to add and customize a built-in contact form block for your Pixieset Website. Additionally, it will also go over how to embed a contact form that you’ve created in Studio Manager to your Pixieset Website.

On this page:

Editing your Contact Page

When you first create your Pixieset Website by selecting a site theme, a Contact page will be automatically created. This page will contain a contact block to give you a head start. All you need to do is click on your Contacts page within Website Builder and begin customizing your contact form to reflect your business.

If you want to start completely over with your Contact page and choose a different layout, you can do so by clicking ••• > Switch template next to your Contact page. From here, you can click the Contact category and choose a new contact page template to replace your current content with.

Tip: If you have previously deleted your Contact page, you can easily create a brand new one by clicking +Add page and selecting a page template under the Contact category.

Adding a contact form block

If you want to add a contact form block to any of your existing pages, you can definitely do so! Simply click the green + icon in the blank area that you’d like to add a new content block, and select your preferred contact form block design from the Contact category.

Contact Forms can also be added as elements within Flex Blocks. This allows you to customize a completely unique design. Learn more about Flex Blocks here.

Customizing your contact form

You can customize the layout and design of your contact form block, as well as the required information that visitors will need to provide. In your Website Builder, simply click on the contact form block to open up its settings. From there, you can make any preferred adjustments like adding or editing a field, or determining what your visitors see after submitting their form.

Where are the messages sent?

Any messages submitted through your contact form will automatically be sent to you via email. You can confirm the email address in your contact form’s settings, as well as edit the email address by updating the contact email in your account’s Profile settings.

Embedding a Studio Manager contact form to your Pixieset Website

As an alternative to Pixieset Website’s built-in contact form blocks, Studio Manager offers a contact form feature that allows you to create a custom form that you can publish online. You can learn more about Studio Manager’s contact forms here: Capturing Leads and Contacts with Contact Forms

If you have a contact form created in Studio Manager, you can add it to your Pixieset Website with the help of a custom embed code block!

Note: The custom embed code block is available for users on the Pro Website Plan or the Pro/Ultimate Suite Plan.

  1. In Studio Manager’s Contact Forms page, click ••• > Share Form for your published form. Then, click Copy Code next to your form’s embedded form code.

  2. In your Website Builder, add a custom embed code block (located in the “Others” category) to the page where you’d like your contact form to show up. Then, click on the custom code embed block and paste your contact form’s code into the Embed Code field.

That’s it! When you’re ready for your contact form to go live on your Pixieset Website, simply re-publish your Website so the changes go through.
