Selling photos online has never been easier! Your Pixieset Store allows you to have full control over pricing, products, and fulfillment. Your Store can be set up in a few simple steps, with the ability to customize settings based on your specific needs.

Step 1: Choose your Fulfillment Method

If you are looking to have full control over the fulfillment process for Orders placed in your Store, you will want to take a look at Self-Fulfillment! When a Self-Fulfillment Order is placed in your Store, you are notified by email, and can then relay the Order details and images to the Lab of your choice for processing.

If you would prefer to have your Orders fulfilled automatically through one of our partner Labs, you can do so using Automatic Fulfillment! When an Automatic Fulfillment Order is placed in your Store, the Order details and images are sent to the chosen Lab automatically for fulfillment. Once the Order has been shipped out by the Lab, both you and your clients will be notified by email, and will be provided with a tracking link for the shipment.

You can find more detailed information on both fulfillment methods here.

Step 2: Set your Pricing and Tax Rates

You are able to control pricing for all products available in your Store; either by editing prices on a product-by-product level, or by adding a bulk markup (Automatic Fulfillment only) to an entire Price Sheet!

You can find more information on creating and editing Price Sheets here.

Depending on your local tax requirements, you may need to charge sales tax on the items being sold in your Pixieset Store. Within your Store Dashboard, you can create tax rules for the countries and state/provinces you wish sell to, either by setting up manual tax rates, or by taking advantage of our automated sales tax feature.

You can find more information on each of these options here.

Step 3: Payment Gateway Options

Before being able to enable your Store and receive payments for your Orders, you'll need to set up at least one of the three payment gateway options for your Store. You can choose between Stripe, PayPal, or Offline Payment (only available for upgraded Accounts), or any combination of the three options.

You can find more information on all available options and how to set them up here.
