Pixieset’s built-in watermark tool allows you to add a display watermark (text or image) which will be shown on images in your client’s Collection. You can make edits to or delete your saved watermarks at any time. You can also update/remove the watermark from a Collection as needed by reprocessing the images. This article will guide you through the process.

You can find helpful Tutorial Videos for adding and editing Watermarks here.

On this page:

Editing or Deleting a Saved Watermark

From the Client Gallery dashboard go to Settings > Watermark. Clicking the Edit/pencil icon will allow you to edit the watermark’s saved settings, and clicking the Delete/trash can icon will permanently delete the watermark:

If your watermark is being used by any Collection or Collection Default, you will need to choose a different watermark to be used there in lieu to proceed with deletion (or select the No Watermark option from the popup).

Note: Editing or deleting a watermark will not impact previously uploaded images. To apply an updated watermark, or to remove a watermark from existing images; you can reprocess the images by following the steps below.

Updating or Removing the Watermark from Collection Photos

From the photo manager in your Collection, select any image(s) and click the More icon (…) > Watermark. You can then select your preferred watermark from the dropdown menu, or select No Watermark to remove the watermark. From here, you can also choose whether to apply this to all of the images in your Collection. Once you click Save your images will begin reprocessing to display the watermark.
