If you want to take a Collection offline you can do so quickly from your Client Gallery dashboard using one of the options below. Hidden Collections are immediately unpublished, are no longer visible to your Clients, and cannot be shared. As the photographer, you can still view these Collections from your dashboard while in hidden status, and publish them again if needed.

From any collection, click into Collection Settings > Status and change the dropdown to Hidden:

By using Quick Edit next to any Collection
You can also hide/unpublish a Collection from the Collections page in your Client Gallery Dashboard! To make this change, click the More Options (•••) button at the bottom right of the Collection thumbnail and select Quick Edit:
From here click the Status dropdown and select Hidden to unpublish your Collection:
By using Bulk Edit
You can change the Status for any Collection or multiple Collections by using the Bulk Edit feature from the Collections page in your Client Gallery Dashboard. Click to select any Collection(s), and click the Bulk Edit button to open the Bulk Edit popup. You can use Collection Settings > Status > Hidden to hide (unpublish) the selected Collections:
