Pixieset's supported payment methods are third-party payment providers (e.g. Stripe and PayPal). You will manage how you are getting paid directly on these payment providers' dashboard and they are responsible for paying out your money.

Your payout is always handled by the payment processor you have setup. Pixieset generally does not have visibility into the payout process with your payment processor.

Stripe

For Orders that were processed using Stripe, you will receive the proceeds from the sale (minus any applicable Cost of Goods Sold and fees) in your Stripe account immediately after the sale. Stripe transfers funds to your bank account directly on the fastest payout plan available. Your payout schedule may vary depending on your country. You can setup and change your payout settings, like bank account and payout schedule, in your Stripe dashboard.

PayPal

Your money will be in your PayPal balance. There are various ways to withdraw your money out of your PayPal account depending on your country, such as bank transfer or check. Stripe

If you're in the US, it's typically 2 business days to payout once you have received the payment. Your paid out schedule depends on your country as well. You are able to see and update your payout schedule in your Stripe dashboard.

Note that there is a waiting period of typically 7 to 14 business days on the first payout. You can learn more here: Waiting period for first payout on Stripe

PayPal

After you receive your payment, your money will reside as PayPal balance in your PayPal account. You need to intiative withdrawal to withdraw money out of your PayPal account. The time it takes to withdraw is dependent on your country. You can learn more about withdrawal for US PayPal account here: How do I get money out of my PayPal account?

You will be paid the order total minus cost of goods sold (if applicable), Pixieset service fee (only on the Free account), and any payment processing fee.

Payment processors such as Stripe and PayPal charge a fee for each transaction. Generally, Stripe and PayPal fees start around 2.9% + $0.30 USD per transaction but it may vary based on your country. You can find out more information directly on Stripe and PayPal's website.
