Once an Order has been placed in your Store, you can review the Order details at any time from within your Order Dashboard!
Locating a Client's Order Information
To review information from a specific Order, you'll want to go to the Store Dashboard and click on Orders. You can then click View next to the applicable Order, and you will then be shown the details for that specific Order.
If the Order you received is a Self-fulfillment Order, you can export the Order details in a .CSV file to make it easy to submit the Order to the Lab you're using for fulfillment. If you have any editing or retouching to do before you submit the Order, you can use the Lightroom Copy List feature to copy the filenames from the Order so you can easily find them in your catalog.
