Assigning price sheet to collections

Connect your price sheet to a collection so your clients can purchase from their gallery.

Once you have created a price sheet, you should assign it to one of your collections. Each collection can have one price sheet assigned to it. The price sheet will determine the products and pricing visitors will see in the collection. Learn more about managing price sheets and products here.

Assigning a price sheet to a collection

Steps:

  1. From your Client Gallery dashboard, select a collection

  2. Select the Settings tab

  3. Select Store to make sure the Store Status is turned on

  4. Select a Price Sheet

Note: If you do not see the Store and price sheet options listed here, check that your Global Store Status is turned On in your Store Settings (Store > Settings).

Assigning a price sheet to multiple collections

Steps:

  1. From your Client Gallery dashboard, hover over the applicable collections and click the checkmark in the top left corner of the thumbnail to select those collections

    Note: using the Select All option will select all collections visible on that page

  2. Click Bulk Edit

  3. In the pop-up that appears, click the Store tab > Price Sheets

  4. Select the price sheet > Apply Changes

Assigning a price sheet to all collections

Steps:

  1. From your Store dashboard, select the Products tab

  2. Click on the ••• icon next to the price sheet you would like to use for all collections > select Assign to All Collections

Replacing existing price sheets

Steps:

  1. From your Store dashboard, select the Products tab

  2. Click on the ••• icon next to the price sheet you would like to delete and replace > select Delete

  3. Choose the new price sheet you would like to use for all collections currently assigned to the sheet you are deleting

  4. Click Delete. Your new price sheet will be automatically applied to all collections that had the now-deleted price sheet assigned to them

Default options

You can make any price sheet your Default Price Sheet so that is automatically applied to newly created collections. Collection Defaults are a great option to check out as well as they allow you to preset a number of Client Gallery and Store settings to be applied when creating new collections, such as the Store Status and Download Status.
