With Studio Manager’s invoice header field feature, you can easily add custom business information, like identification numbers (e.g. VAT, ABN, etc.), to the header of your invoices’ PDFs.
You can add an invoice header field by going to Studio Manager Dashboard > Settings > Preferences:
Under Invoice Header Fields, click +Add header field to create your first header field.
For each header field, fill out the required fields:
The field name is where you label the header field (e.g. “VAT Number”).
The field value is where you input the corresponding value for the header field (e.g. “GB123456789”).
When both sections are filled in, the invoice header field will automatically save and apply to newly created invoices moving forward.
What will the client see?
When your client downloads a PDF of their invoice, the custom invoice headers will appear in the top right-hand header of their invoice, underneath the invoice number and document dates.
