Your Booking Site is a public website where your clients can view the sessions that you offer. Based on the options you present, clients can book and pay for sessions, submit inquiries, and request availability from any device.

For a demo, check out our Booking Site example here!

This help article will go over how to customize your Booking Site and share it with potential clients.

On this page:

Modifying your Booking Site’s Settings

With your Booking Site, you can customize the page to display a welcome message, as well as additional details such as social links and contact information. To access and modify this information, go to Studio Manager Dashboard > Bookings > Booking Site.

On this page, there will be two sections: Welcome Message and Booking Site Info. On the right, there will be a live preview of how your Booking Site looks with the current settings. If you’d like a more comprehensive preview, you can click the View Site button in the top right hand corner.

Welcome Message

With the optional Welcome Message section, you can add an introduction for your business and the sessions you offer. This section is a great way to give potential clients an overview of what you offer as a photographer. Any information in this section will appear directly underneath your logo in your Booking Site.

Booking Site Info

With the Booking Site Info section, you can display important business information such as Contact Email and Phone Number at the top of your Booking Site. The information is determined by your Pixieset account’s Profile Settings (Studio Manager Dashboard > Settings > Profile). You can update this information at any time and it will immediately reflect in your Booking Site.

Customizing your Site via Branding Settings

The general appearance of your Booking Site is also determined by your Studio Manager’s Branding Settings (Studio Manager Dashboard > Settings > Branding). On this page, you can review and update your logo and color theme.

Note: Any changes to your Studio Manager’s Branding Settings will affect all your documents and email shares, in addition to your Booking Site.

Logo

If you’ve added a logo in your Branding Settings, it will appear at the top of your Booking Site.

Otherwise, your Studio Manager emails and documents will use text for your logo, and display it alongside your Pixieset account's profile icon.

Color Theme

To change the background and accent color of your Booking Site, go to Studio Manager Dashboard > Settings > Branding. Under Color Theme, you can choose a different theme by clicking directly onto your current theme.

Alternatively, if you have a specific color theme in mind, you can create a customized theme of your own! Simply click directly onto your current Background or Accent color to bring up its Color Picker tool.

Font Theme

For your font theme, you can determine whether your font is serif or sans serif.

Organizing your Sessions

The order that your public sessions appear on your Booking Site will mirror the way they appear in your Studio Manager Dashboard.

If you’d like to re-order your Booking Site’s sessions, you can do so by going to Studio Manager Dashboard > Bookings > Session Types. On this Dashboard page, click and drag the sessions into the specific order you’d like them to appear in.

Sharing your Booking Site

In Studio Manager, we will host your Booking Site and all its content under a default “pixieset.com” domain. Your Studio Manager’s Booking Site will always follow the format: https://yourusername.pixieset.com/booking/

If you need to retrieve the direct link for your Booking Site for sharing purposes, you can easily do so by going to Studio Manager Dashboard > Bookings > Session Types. In the top right hand corner of the Session Types page, click Booking Site > Copy Link. From there, you can paste and share your link with a potential client, on social media, etc. as needed!

If you want to share your Booking Site on your Pixieset Website or your Bio Links page to maximize your reach, check out our handy guide here.
