Designing a Session Type

Studio Manager allows you to design your session type to match your brand! Learn how to apply a cover image and adjust its focal point.

Selecting your Session Type’s Cover Image

To edit the design of a session, go to your Studio Manager Dashboard > Bookings > Session Types and click into the specific session type. Then, simply click the current cover image under Session Image or the Edit Design button located in the upper right-hand corner.

From within the Edit Design panel that appears, you can select a Cover Image from one of our default images, or use the Add photo option to upload a custom image (a JPEG or PNG file up to 50 MB).

Adjusting your Cover Image’s Focal Point

If you want to adjust the area of focus on your session type’s cover image, hover over the cover image and click the Focal Point icon. In the Set Focal Point pop-up that appears, click and drag the green focal point to wherever you'd like your cover image's focal point to be. After, click Done to save your changes.

What will the client see?

The cover image will appear at the top of the session type during your client’s booking.

If your session type is public on your Booking Site, it will also be displayed as part of the thumbnail.

If you’d like to review exactly how the cover image would appear to your client when they book, click Preview in the top right hand corner while editing the session type.

Accessing Additional Design Options

To access additional design settings, such as assigning a default Cover Image, Color Theme, and Font Theme, go to your Studio Manager Dashboard > Settings > Branding.
