To help stay organized, you can easily view upcoming sessions through Studio Manager’s calendar. This article will go over how to view and filter your calendar in Studio Manager.

On this page:

Viewing your Calendar

To view your calendar, go to Studio Manager Dashboard > Bookings > Calendar. All your pending and confirmed sessions will be listed here. If you have any inquiries, you will need to accept them in the Sessions page before they appear in the calendar.

At the top of the calendar, you can easily select Day/Week/Month to move between calendar views. You can also click the arrow icons to switch to recent dates in the past or future.

When viewing a session from your calendar, you can click onto it to reveal a snapshot of its main details. Selecting View Session will redirect you to the full details in your Sessions page.

Filtering your Sessions

To display a specific session status and/or session type on your calendar, click Filter by in the top right of the calendar. In the dropdown menu that appears, you can uncheck options as needed, so that only the specific session type/statuses you want to see are displayed in the calendar.

Blocking off Unavailable Time

As time goes by, you may need to set yourself as unavailable on certain dates (e.g. vacation, personal events, etc.).

If you are checking for conflicts in your Google Calendar with our Google Calendar Sync feature, simply set up a busy event in your connected calendar. Our system will automatically take care of the rest by ensuring clients cannot book any time slots that fall within that busy event.

Note: The Google Calendar Sync feature is the best way to manage blocked off time. If you have not connected your Google Calendar to Studio Manager yet, go to your Calendar page and click Calendar Sync to get started.

Alternatively, if you do not use Google Calendar, there is a built in Block Off Time option on the Calendar page. Simply click Block Off Time in the top right and in the pop-up that appears, enter the date and/or time range in which you will be unavailable.

Note: If you’ve blocked off time on top of upcoming sessions, the pre-existing sessions will remain on your calendar. You can also always override blocked off time when manually adding a session.

Adding your Sessions to a third-party Calendar

You can easily add your sessions to a third-party calendar to keep track of your upcoming dates. This is a great option if you frequently refer to your Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook Calendar, etc. to stay on top of your schedule!

To subscribe your sessions to a third-party calendar, go to Studio Manager Dashboard > Bookings > Calendar. Then, click Calendar Sync in the top right hand corner.
