If you’re looking for a way to allow your Pixieset Website visitors to book a session, you can easily add a link to your Studio Manager Booking Site! This article will go over how to retrieve the direct link for your Booking Site. Then, it will walk you through the different ways you can seamlessly guide visitors from your Pixieset Website right to your booking page.

Retrieving your Booking Site’s Direct Link

In order to link your Booking Site from your Pixieset Website, you will need to first copy your Booking Site’s direct link.

To do this, go to Studio Manager Dashboard > Bookings > Booking Site. Under Booking Site URL, click Copy Link to immediately copy the link to your clipboard.

Tip: Want to link your clients to a specific session type instead of your Booking Site? On your Session Types page, locate the session type and use its respective Copy Link option.

Linking the Booking Site to your Pixieset Website

Once you have retrieved the direct link for your Booking Site, you can add it to your Pixieset Website from your Website Builder! With our menu link and numerous block options, you can decide the perfect way to display your booking link on your Pixieset Website.

Menu Link

Menu links are clickable links that are part of your Pixieset Website’s Site Menu. Using a menu link will ensure that visitors can easily access your Booking Site from any page of your Pixieset Website.

To add a menu link from your Website Builder:

In the left-hand Builder Panel, click Add Page > Link.
In the Create New Link pop-up that appears, enter a title into the Link Name field. Then, paste the direct link for your Booking Site into the Link URL field.
Click Create to add the menu link to your site. Then, click Publish to re-publish your site, so that the change appears immediately on your live Pixieset Website.

Bio Link

Pixieset Website’s Bio Links page is a simple and elegant way to share your most important resources on social media. Simply add the link of your Booking Site to your Bio Links page and visitors coming from your social media accounts can easily click to secure a booking with you.

To add your Booking Site to your Bio Links page:

If you have not created a Bio Links page yet, click Add Page > Bio Links in your Website Builder. Otherwise, skip to the next step.
Click into your Bio Links page in the left-hand Builder Panel’s site menu. Then, click anywhere on your Bio Links page to pull up its customization options.
Scroll down to your Bio Links page’s Links section and select the link you’d like to customize. After titling the link, paste your Booking Site’s direct link in the URL field.
Click Publish to re-publish your Pixieset Website, so that the change appears immediately on your live Bio Links page. If you need to add your Bio Links page to your social media profiles, you can grab its direct link by clicking ••• > Get direct link.

Link Block

With a link block, you can display the direct link to your Booking Site as an eye-catching call to action on any page of your Pixieset Website. With multiple designs available, it is easier than ever to find an option that showcases your Booking Site on a specific page.

To add a link block to a page from your Website Builder:

Hover over the content area that you'd like to add your block to, and click the green "+" icon that appears. Then, on the "Add Block" page, click the Links category and select the design you’d like to add.
Once you have added the block, click directly on it to modify it. In the URL field, paste the direct link for your Booking Site into the URL field.
Click Publish to re-publish your site, so that the change appears immediately on your live Pixieset Website.

Note: Certain image-related blocks (e.g. image blocks and and image with text blocks) can also be linked in a similar way! To do this for a compatible block, click onto a specific image in the block and look for a URL field in the left-hand panel.

Button Block

With a button block, you can display a prominent button that leads visitors straight to your Booking Site! This is a handy block to include under other blocks such as your pricing information.

To add a button block:

Hover over the content area that you'd like to add your block to, and click the green "+" icon that appears. Then, on the "Add Block" page, click the Others category and select the button block.
Once you have added the block, click directly on it to modify it. In the URL field, paste the direct link for your Booking Site into the URL field.
Click Publish to re-publish your site, so that the change appears immediately on your live Pixieset Website.

Content Link

Highlight the text you wish to hyperlink and click the Link icon.
