How do I create Templates for my Pixieset Emails?

Email templates are pre-created text emails that can be saved to your account and customized as needed. Customizing this text ahead of time and creating new email templates will allow you to save time when sharing Collections with your clients and sending them Automated Expiry Reminder Emails to remind them that their Collection is due to expire. You can easily customize these email templates to best suit your needs.

Collection Sharing Email Templates

When Sharing your Collection with your clients, you are able to use Pixieset’s existing email templates or create a new template. Information including the Collection password (and/or Client-Exclusive Access password), Download PIN, and Expiry Date can all be included so that your clients have all the information they need to view, download, and share their gallery.

Creating a Collection Sharing Email Template

Head to your Client Gallery dashboard > Settings > Email Templates > Add Email Template.

Next, name your template, add an optional subject line, and start typing! You can highlight any text to see the formatting toolbar.

Finally, click Save when you’re ready!

Using a Collection Sharing Email Template

When you go to share a Collection with your client, click Insert Email Template and select the one you would like to use. Your email is now ready to send, using the Send button in the top right corner!

From this email sharing window, you can also click Manage Templates to be brought to your Email Templates page within Client Gallery Settings, where you can create new templates and edit existing ones.

Automated Expiry Reminder Email Template

With Auto Expiry Reminder Emails, you can notify your clients automatically by email when their Gallery is about to expire. These emails can be sent automatically to specific clients, or to all guests who have viewed, downloaded, favorited, or made purchases through that Collection. These emails can also be customized to include the expiry date, Download PIN, and Passwords.

Editing your Automated Expiry Reminder Email Template

Head to your Client Gallery dashboard > Settings > Email Templates > and click on Auto Expiry Reminder Email to edit your template.

From here, you can customize the body and subject of the email template. This includes the option to insert dynamic text into the email template. On the right side of the page, you can see a preview of the Auto Expiry Reminder Email.

Using an Automated Expiry Reminder Email Template

After you’ve set an expiry date for your Collection via the Collection’s Settings > General tab, you can click +Add expiry reminder email to set up an Automated Expiry Reminder Email for the Collection.

From here, you can customize the email further if needed before clicking Save!
