Once you’ve finished creating your collection, you can easily share it with your clients from our built-in sharing feature. From here, you can copy a direct link along with any necessary password/download PIN, generate a QR code, or share via email if preferred. You can also share the collection URL by copying the direct link from the Collections page or any collection on your Client Gallery homepage.

From any collection in your dashboard, click the green Share button to pull up the sharing options:

Clicking Share by Email allows you to send beautiful, personalized email invites to your clients. You can also insert a saved email template, get a direct link, generate a QR code, share via social media, and view your email invite history from this page. Clicking Get Direct Link will open a popup that allows you to copy the collection URL in one click, along with any relevant collection information. Information presented here will automatically display based on what you’ve set up in the collection’s settings for:

If you would like to generate a QR code to allow easy access to your gallery, you can do so by clicking Get QR Code. This is a great option to incorporate in your brand marketing (ie. a business card or other printed material) or for displaying digitally/at an event. This option will open a QR code which can be downloaded as a PNG file for you to use. Visitors can scan the QR code to visit the gallery:

If you want to quickly access a history of email shares from this collection, you can click Email History. We have a detailed guide to this feature and the status of your sent emails here.

Next to any collection in the Collections page in your dashboard, click More (…) to pull up your options:

Clicking Get QR Code will open a QR code which can be downloaded as a PNG file. Clients or Collection visitors can scan the QR code to access the Collection URL.

You can access your Client Gallery homepage at any time from the Collections page in your dashboard. From here you can click into any collection and copy the URL from your browser’s address bar.

Quick Share allows you to select specific photos from a gallery and share them through a unique link. This is useful for sharing photos with vendors, collaborators, potential clients and publications.

To do this, click to select any number of photos in a gallery, and click the Share icon on the top right. Then, click Create Link to generate a link via which these photos can be viewed and downloaded:

Under Advanced options, you can turn on/off download for the selected photos in this link:

All the links you have previously generated will appear under Activities > Quick Share. You can remove or edit these links at any time. By deleting a link here, you are removing this Quick Share page:

Note: The Quick Share page is separate from the main gallery and therefore does not carry over gallery settings such as password, email registration, download PIN etc. It is meant to be used as a quick way to share with your intended parties, anyone with the link will be able to view.
