If you want to take a Collection offline you can do so quickly from your Client Gallery dashboard using one of the options below. Hidden Collections are immediately unpublished, are no longer visible to your Clients, and cannot be shared. As the photographer, you can still view these Collections from your dashboard while in hidden status, and publish them again if needed.

From the top of any collection, click the Published button and change the dropdown to Hidden.

You can also hide/unpublish a Collection from the Collection Listings page in your Client Gallery Dashboard!

Hover over a Collection thumbnail and click on the circle located in the top left corner to select it. Once you’ve selected your desired Collection(s), click the eye icon located at the bottom of the page to open up the Edit Collection Status settings. Change the status and click Apply to collections.

Hover over a Collection thumbnail > click the three dots (•••) that appear in the top right corner of the thumbnail > Quick Edit.

From here click the Status dropdown and select Hidden to unpublish your Collection.

You can change the Status for any Collection or multiple Collections by using the Bulk Edit feature from the Collection Listings page in your Client Gallery Dashboard.

To start, hover over any Collection thumbnail and click on the circle located in the top left corner to select it. Once you’ve selected your desired Collections, click the pencil icon located at the bottom of the page to open up the Bulk Edit settings. Next, select the Status tab > click Hidden on the dropdown > assign to Collections. ****This will hide (unpublish) the selected Collections.
