Adding your signature to a contract

You can sign a contract on behalf of your business before sending it to your client. To do so, click Actions > Add signature in the top corner. A new browser tab will open and you can scroll to the bottom of the contract to your signature line.

Alternatively, if you prefer to sign after your client has completed the contract, you can click into their document in your Contracts page and click Sign Contract instead.

Tip: Don’t see an option to sign a contract? Ensure you are viewing a contract rather than a contract template. Signatures can only be added to a specific client’s contract, not to a template.

Displaying a personal name as your signature

Your account’s business name will appear under your the signature line of your contract. To add your personal name to new contracts moving forward, go to your Pixieset account’s Profile Settings and fill out the First Name and Last Name fields as needed. Once saved, your personal name will be added to your contract signature for newly created documents moving forward.
