Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
Is there a limit to the number of photos I can upload?
There is no limit to the number of photos you can upload to a collection. However, all uploads count toward your account's available storage. The amount you can upload depends on your remaining storage space and your subscription plan.
Is there a limit to the number of videos I can upload?
Video uploads are subject to your plan's available video allowance, including total video minutes and maximum playback resolution. If you need additional video capacity, video add-ons are available for eligible plans.
Can clients purchase any of my image and video files from their collection?
Photos can be sold as digital downloads through Client Gallery. If you plan to sell print products, images must be uploaded in JPEG format.
Videos can be viewed and downloaded by clients when downloads are enabled, but video files cannot be sold through the integrated Store.
